Cancellation and Refund Policy - for conference fractalfield.com/2024 Final Registration Cancellation Date: August 15, 2024 Participants may be unable to attend due to personal circumstances. If any participant registers and then finds themselves unable to attend, they have the right to transfer their registration to someone they know and notify the Organizer about the transfer of registration. If they cannot find someone to take their place, the Organizer reserves the right to retain 70 Euros from the payment made as an operational cost until June 15. For cancellation requests communicated to the Organizer until June 15, the remaining payment will be refunded to the participant, excluding bank transfer and commission fees depending on the transfer method i.e. PayPal, IBAN, Swift… etc. For cancellation requests communicated to the Organizer between June 15 and August 15, the Organizer reserves the right to retain 160 Euros from the payment made as an operational cost. This covers expenses such as accommodation and catering reservations, among others. The remaining payment will be refunded to the participant, excluding bank transfer and commission fees.. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the Organizer receives the cancellation notification via email at info@geometricmodels.org , and info@fractalfield.com . No refunds will be made for cancellations communicated after the final registration cancellation date (August 15). If the Organizer cancels the workshop for any reason, the full amount of the registration fee, excluding bank transfer commission fees, will be refunded to the participant.

Conference Schedule:
Sept 19 - Thursday Afternoon - (after 4pm)- Arrive- Settle in.. Dinner and Party at 7pm
3 full conference days - Friday - Sat- Sun.
Breakfast 7:30- 8:30
Speakers- 9:00 - 12:30
Lunch 1:00 pm
Break
Speakers 3;00- 6:30 pm
Dinner 7:00 pm
Entertainment / Concert / Discussion - 8:30 - 9:30 pm

Monday- is Open Play Day: Many Options
Breakfast Lunch Dinner are served- but optional.
-Options include - Time to play with Theraphi, Plasmaphire, Piezophire, with FlameinMind / Bliss Binaural Sounds- with Patrick and Biofeedback- flexible timing and appointments all day
or... Fabulous Villefranche ( we culture free American's say it's better than Disney World) -or the Yellow Train, or the Amazing Caves, or.. 1 euro train to Prades/ Perpignan / Beaches on the Mediterranean.. fun fun wow
or.. the swimming holes .. or brainstorming while walking the the mountains.... THIS is a "PLAY DAY"!
Our shuttle Van will be rotating to VilleFrance - Shops/ Villages / Restaurants/ Caves / Perpignan Prades Train and / or famous Yellow Train..
Note Monday aftnoon - our local French Neighbors are invited to play with us-- AND - Monday Evening there are guest lectures in FRENCH - with some English..
